I put Charliee and Jett to bed almost every night that I’m home. Mainly because for years, I didn’t have the chance.

We have a routine.

I get them ice water. Each having their own sippy cup. Charliee’s has Disney Princesses with a pink lid and Jett’s has Disney Cars and a blue lid.

For the last year, every night without fail, I switch the cups.

I try and give the pink one to Jett and Charliee the blue. Jett erupts every night. “no not the PINK ONE!”

Tonight for the first time, I handed them the correct sippy cups and Jett Immediately says, “hey, I want the pink one Dada”.

Then as he laughs at his own wit, he shoves his knees up into his shirt and says “look, I’m Wall-E in a box”. Haha.

This boy is no match for the world.
